Welcome to the Power User - Sentinel Audit Bot. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal contract between the license holder ("User," "Developer," or "Enterprise") and the Power User development ecosystem. 1. Intellectual Property & License Provisioning

All core code, software design structures, user interface visuals, parsing engine schemas, and documentation related to the Extension remain the exclusive property of the developers of Power User. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, finite scope license to execute the Extension in compliance with these structural guidelines.

2. Subscription Fees and Payment Processing

2.1 Feature Tiering Framework

  • Free Tier: Standard, manual structural scanning and on-screen rule violations ($0.00 / No Credit Card Required).
  • Premium Tier: Advanced evaluation dumps, comprehensive multi-tier automation, specialized matrix testing pipelines, and expanded support ($6.00 USD / Monthly).

We reserve the unilateral authority to adjust feature distributions across Free and Premium frameworks as structural operational workflows advance. Any structural price shifts targeting ongoing subscriptions will be communicated with a minimum 30-day notice period.

2.2 Payment Processing

Payments for the Premium Tier are processed securely via PayPal. By initiating a subscription, you authorize PayPal to handle the payment transaction according to their terms of service. While we utilize PayPal as our payment processor, all inquiries regarding subscription billing, access issues, or service concerns must be directed to our support team at sliitshalini@gmail.com.

2.3 Currency and Taxes

Prices are listed in USD. Please be aware that you are responsible for any applicable local consumption taxes (such as VAT or Sales Tax) as required by your jurisdiction, which may be applied during the PayPal checkout process.

3. Proper Utilization Guidelines

Users are expressly forbidden from committing the following restricted structural acts:

  • Decompiling, extraction, reverse engineering, or attempting to rebuild the raw source mechanics of the Sentinel Engine audit matrix.
  • Deploying the Extension in an automated, high-frequency malicious pipeline meant to exhaust target web platform servers.
  • Bypassing structural verification processes, distributing premium verification keys, or modifying client-side configurations to simulate a premium licensing profile.

4. Liability Limits & System Disclaimers

The Extension serves as an advisory tool to surface compliance parameters based on specific algorithms. It does not provide definitive legal counsel on digital accessibility compliance. We make no guarantee that utilizing this software will completely shield your platforms from accessibility litigation or official administrative penalties.
