Welcome to Power User Sentinel Audit Bot. By installing our Chrome extension and accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Usage of the Extension

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our service.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the tool for any unlawful purpose, reverse-engineer our proprietary auditing logic, or attempt to disrupt the integrity of our servers.

2. Subscription and Payments

• Service Fees: Access to premium features requires a monthly subscription fee of $6.00 USD. Please note that this fee is subject to change at our discretion, and we will provide advance notice of any pricing adjustments.
• Billing: Payments are processed securely via PayHere (PCI-compliant payment gateway). By providing payment details, you authorize PayHere to charge your selected payment method on a monthly basis.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription by contacting our support team. For further details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

3. Intellectual Property

The Power User Sentinel Audit Bot, including its source code, design, logos, and auditing algorithms, is the exclusive property of our team. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, finite-scope license to execute the extension for your personal or professional web development needs. You may not copy, modify, decompile, or distribute our intellectual property without express written consent from us.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our auditing tool is provided "as-is" and "as-available." While we strive for accuracy in our accessibility and UX reports, we do not guarantee that the tool will catch every issue, be completely free of bugs, or experience 100% uninterrupted uptime.

Because the Sentinel Engine programmatically interacts with target web page structures, in no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, data loss, browser disruptions, or failure to meet legal compliance targets) resulting from the use of our extension or its audit reports. This tool serves strictly as an advisory resource and does not constitute definitive legal counsel on digital accessibility laws.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the extension immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these terms, attempt to bypass premium licensing, or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our service. Continued use of the extension after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
